(i) To consider and approve the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2018 and the Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2018; and
(ii) To recommend dividend on equity shares, if any, for the year ended 31st March, 2018.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per terms of 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders' of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from 12th May, 2018 to 24th May, 2018 (both days inclusive) for Directors and Specified Persons as defined in the Code.
