In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today accepted resignation of Mr. Sunil Wadhwa as Managing Director and Director to be effective from close of business hours on September 30, 2019, who has decided to pursue his other professional interests outside the Company.
The Board acknowledged and appreciated the valuable contribution made by Mr. Wadhwa, during his tenure as Managing Director of the Company.
The Nomination and Remuneration Committee shall identify and recommend to the Board a suitable successor for the position of the Managing Director.
