ISD/19-20/289 dated November 14, 2019 regarding submission of Voting Results on Postal Ballot and E-voting under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Committee of Directors for Raising of Capital Funds (CDRCF) of the Bank at its meeting held on Saturday, November 30, 2019, inter alia, considered and approved the allotment of 1,65,98,02,538 (One Hundred Sixty Five Crores Ninety Eight Lakhs Two Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Eight) equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each of the Bank at an issue price of Rs. 70.90 (including a premium of Rs. 60.90) per equity share aggregating to
Rs. 1,17,67,99,99,944.20 (Rupees Eleven Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Seven Crores Ninety Nine Lakhs Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Four and Twenty Paisa Only) to Government of India in accordance with the applicable provisions.
