The Board of Directors of the Company has considered and approved the Un-Audited Financial results of the Company, duly reviewed by the Audit Committee for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2017 pursuant to Regulation 33(3) read with para A of part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
We are enclosing herewith Statement of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2017 along with the Limited Review Report received from the Statutory Auditors of the Company in compliance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015.
The Board Meeting Commenced at 3:00 P.M and was concluded at 3:45 P.M.
