Regulations 42 and 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR), it is hereby informed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, the 30th August, 2019 to Friday, the 06th September, 2019 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of ascertaining entitlement of shareholders to Dividend for FY 2018-19 @ Rs.2.90 per Share, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
