(a) Amendments to the ''Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information'', effective 1 April 2019; the said Code has been posted on the Company''s corporate website www.gujarathotelsltd.in.
(b) Formulation of ''GHL Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading - 2019'' effective from 1 April 2019, in supersession of the ''GHL Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading - 2015''.
This intimation is being sent in terms of Regulations 8 and 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular no. CIR/ISD/01/2015 dated 11th May, 2015.
