We have been informed that the operations of Karvy Computershare Private Limited(KCPL), the Share Transfer Agent of the Company stand transferred to Karvy Fintech
Private Limited (KFPL), with effect from November 17, 2018, pursuant to a composite Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation inter-alia between KCPL and KFPL, approved
by the Hyderabad Bench of the Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal vide its order dated October 23, 2018. Consequently, all the existing agreements to which KCPL is a party and all statutory licenses held in the name of KCPL remain in full force and vest with KFPL.

We request you to take note of the above and update in your records the name of Karvy Fintech Private Limited as the Share Transfer Agent of the Company.
