| Exchange Received Time 22/02/2019 15:27:22 Exchange Disseminated Time 22/02/2019 15:27:31 Time Taken 00:00:09 | Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Unique Space Developers Limited a step down subsidiary of the Company has divested its entire stake in Gopal Krishna Infrastructure & Real Estate Limited (100% subsidiary of Unique Space Developers Limited) and hence consequently upon completion of sale, it shall cease to be subsidiary of Unique Space Developers Limited and in turn of the Company.
The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations read with circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 are given in Annexure A to this letter.
