Further, Pursuant to Regulation 30(4) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, you are hereby informed that the Board of Directors of the Bank has recommended a dividend of Re.0.40 per equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each (Previous Year : Re.0.40 per equity share) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2018, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Bank.
The dividend, if approved by the shareholder at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM.
