Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 21 September, 2019 to Friday, 27 September,
2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of Final Dividend and 49th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on 27th September 2019.
