1. To consider and approve Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2019.
2. To consider and recommend final dividend if any on equity shares for the F.Y2018-19.
Further, as per code of conduct for prevention of insider trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain be closed till 48 hours after the financial results become generally available to pubic, for all directors and designated persons of the Company. |
