Copy of the said results alongwith Limited Review Report thereon by M/s Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, Chartered Accountants, Gurgaon, Statutory Auditors of the Company, is submitted herewith in compliance of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
