Accepted the resignation of Mr. D K Mehrotra (DIN: 00142711), Chairman and Non- Executive Independent Director of the company, who has tendered his resignation on May 22, 2019 from the Board of the Company, accordingly Mr. Mehrotra ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from May 22, 2019
The Board of Directors of the Company also placed on record their sincere appreciation for the support and valuable guidance given by Mr. D K Mehrotra during his tenure as Chairman and the Non- Executive Independent Director of the Company |
