1) The 29th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.
2) The Register of Members and Share Transfer books shall remain closed from Tuesday, August 20, 2019 to Tuesday, August 27, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of Dividend and the AGM.
3) The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the AGM, will be paid on and from Saturday, August 31, 2019.
