Further, the Company by way of its letter dated October 3, 2019, intimated the Stock Exchanges of the receipt of comments on the Draft Letter of Offer from SEBI on October 3, 2019 and the schedule of activities in relation to the Buyback.
We are pleased to submit herewith a copy of the letter of offer dated October 4, 2019 ("Letter of Offer") and tender form. The Letter of Offer and tender form will also be available on the website of the Company at www.greavescotton.com.
