Record Date: Wednesday, August 28, 2019,
The dividend shall be paid to the Shareholders, whose name are registered in 'Register of Members' as on the record date, as above, if approved by the Shareholders in their ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to take place on September 16, 2019.
Upon approval by the Shareholders, the dividend warrant will be dispatched on or before September 30, 2019.
