Further, pursuant to our intimation to the Stock Exchanges pertaining to the closure of the trading window effective from July 1, 2019 for dealing in the securities of the Company for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives as defined in the Code, the closure period shall end 48 hours after the first quarter unaudited financial results are made public on July 30, 2019.
