The Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company i.e. Link Intime India Private Limited has received a request letter from the abovementioned shareholder(s) and have informed the Company about the same on August 23, 2019.
Further, subject to completion of required formalities by the shareholder(s), the Company will issue duplicate share certificate in lieu thereof and inform you accordingly.
