Mr. K George John was appointed on Board of the Company in 2013 as Non-Executive Director and the guidance and support given by him were invaluable particularly in the area of advertisement and image building of the Company.
He was due to retire as Independent Director in forthcoming Annual General meeting to be held this year after completion of his tenure.
