In accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that the Company has formed the JV with Shaanxi Road & Bridge Group Co. Ltd. [DBL - SRBG (JV)] has been declared L-1 bidder by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, New Delhi for a new EPC project in the state of Karnataka.
