In terms of Regulation 39(3) of SEBI LODR Regulations, the Company has issued duplicate share certificates to all 13 shareholders as per list given in Annexure I attached.
Based on information received from the Company's on 15th May, 2019, we now confirm that of the 13 shareholder, duplicate share certificates has been dispatched to 13 shareholders.
