Monday, 12th March, 2018, has inter alia:
Approved and finalized buy-back of up to 1,25,000 (One Lac Twenty Five Thousand) fully paid-up equity shares of the Company having face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each at the price of Rs. 1,700/- (Rupees One Thousand Seven Hundred Only) per equity share ('Buy-back Price') payable in cash for a total consideration not exceeding Rs. 21,25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty One Crore Twenty Five Lac Only) ('Buy-back Size') excluding transaction costs etc.
Fixed Friday, 23rd March, 2018 as the record date for determining the equity shareholders of the Company eligible to tender equity shares under the buy-back offer.
The time of commencement of the Buy-back Committee meeting was 7:30 p.m. and the time of conclusion was 8:00 p.m.
