Further to our letter dated October 26, 2018 and pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015 (Listing Regulations), we enclose herewith Statement of unaudited Financial Results(Stand-alone) for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018 of the Financial Year 2018-19 along with Limited Review Repon by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
The above financial results were approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on November 2, 2018. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 06.10 PM. and concluded at 06.50 PM.
Summary of the Financial Results will be published in Newspapers as required under the Listing Regulations.
