Asher, Mr. Dara N. Damania, Mr. Shrikrishna N. Inamdar, Mr. Prabhakar D. Karandikar and Dr. Sunil U. Pathak, for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years with effect from 20th September, 2014. The said term of these Independent Directors has expired on 19th September, 2019 and they have not offered their candidature for re-appointment by the Members in the 38th Annual General Meeting held on 19th September, 2019, in adherence to the highest standards of corporate governance. Accordingly, they ceased to be Independent Directors of the Company after the conclusion of the said 38th Annual General Meeting.
