We hereby inform you that Mr. Shubham G Barot, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer has submitted his resignation dated April 8, 2019; pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the Company has accepted his resignation and relieved him of his responsibilities effective close of business hours on April 8, 2019.
Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Mr. Shubham G Barot also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company. Mr. Mahesh Deshmukh (ACS : 49774) has been appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company as the successor in place of Mr. Shubham G Barot pursuant to Regulation 6 of the aforesaid Regulations. This Appointment is made in the interim till the Company confirms Mr. Mahesh Deshmukh, as Company Secretary in the ensuing Board Meeting of the Company and the said confirmation shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange(s) as a part of the Outcome of the Board Meeting.
