Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform the Exchange that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the allotment of 14,80,500 (Fourteen Lakhs Eighty Thousand and Five Hundred) equity shares on January 21, 2019 vide resolution dated January 18, 2019 to those option grantees who had exercised their options under the following schemes of the Company:
