The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 23rd October 2018, inter-alia, have approved the following :
(1) Re-appointment of Mr Baijayant Panda as Vice Chairman, Mr Subhrakant Panda as Managing Director and Mr J K Misra as Director(Corporate) & COO for a further period of three years effective from 28th October 2018 subject to approval of
shareholders.
(2)Re-appointment of Mr C R Ray as Whole-time Director for a further period of three years effective from 31st January 2019 subject to approval of shareholders.
