1. INCORPORATION OF 4 WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARIES OF THE COMPANY
To incorporate 4 Wholly owned Subsidiaries (WoS) of the Company with an investment of Rs. 10 Lakhs each constituting Rs. 40 Lakhs. Please note that Company has incorporated a Wholly owned Subsidiary viz., Kitex Littlewear Limited (the details of which had already intimated to the stock exchanges on September 28, 2018) and other WoS company incorporation is underway. The incorporation and investments are in line with investment plan for Kitex Garments Limited Strategic Road Map 2025. |
