V. Lakshmi Rajani, has expressed her intention to resign due to personal reasons. Board has accepted her resignation and she ceases to be Company Secretary & Compliance Officer w.e.f close of working hours of 31st May, 2019.
In the interim, in terms of Regulation 6 of the Listing Regulations, Board has designated Ms. Deepa Kumari as Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 1st June, 2019.
Brief profile of Ms. Deepa Kumari:
Ms. Deepa Kumari is a qualified Company Secretary and has done her B.Com (Hons.) & LLB from Kolhan University. She has been with the Company for last two years in the role of Assistant Company Secretary, assisting in carrying out the secretarial matters of the Company.
