The same was intimated to the Stock Exchanges on 19th June, 2019, and the Company also issued a caution notice on newspaper on 20th June, 2019, stating that not to trade/deal with such lost/misplaced Share Certificate, and to lodge claim/objection, either with the Company or with the RTA, within 15 days from the date of issue of such caution notice. In this connection, neither the Company, nor the RTA received any claim/objection till 6th July, 2019.
Therefore, the Company issued duplicate Share Certificate No. 207823 in lieu of the lost/misplaced Share Certificate No. 206741.
Further, the Company requests all the stakeholders not to trade/deal with the lost/misplaced Share Certificate No.206741, and surrender the same either to the Company or to the RTA, if found by anybody.
