Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Company's 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives & Insiders' (the Code), the 'Trading Window' shall remain closed as already intimated vide our intimation dated 03rd April, 2019 with effect from 03rd April, 2019, till the expiry of 48 hours from the date of declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company, i.e. 19th May, 2019. |
