1. To consider the amalgamation of the Oriental Bank of Commerce and United Bank of India into Punjab National Bank
2. To consider capital infusion upto Rs 16500 crore (Rupees Sixteen Thousands Five Hundred Crore only) by Government of India by way of preferential issue of Equity share and Fixing date of Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) for obtaining shareholders'' approval in this regard at a price
determined in terms of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations. |
