Pursuant to Regulation 47 (1) (d) read with 47 (3) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we hereby enclose copy of AGM Notice as published in the Business Standard (English) and Mumbai Lakshwadeep (Marathi) on 4th September, 2019.
