Privi Organics India Limited (POIL), our wholly owned subsidiary at its plant located at MIDC - Mahad, District - Raigad, Maharashtra. Firefighting is going on since last more than 6 hours and therefore initial tentative assessment of the loss is yet not worked out.
Kindly treat the above disclosure as our compliance under Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 as it will result in disruption of operations in the said factory of POIL, a material subsidiary of our company. |
