for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2020 from 1st April, 2020
Further, the Trading Window will be closed till 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter / half year / year would be filed with the stock exchanges and become generally available. However, the date of the Board meeting for consideration of the financial results alongwith the date of closure and opening of Trading Window would be intimated in due course.
