| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to earlier announcement dated July 27, 2015 regarding Closure of Trading Window, Sphere Global Services Ltd has now informed BSE that there was a clerical error in the notice previously submitted. The Company has submitted to BSE the corrected revised submission as under :
"The Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is re-scheduled to August 05, 2015, inter alia, as follows:
1. To approve unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
2. To approve notice & director's report for the financial year 2014-2015.
3. Keeping in terms of Insider trading regulations, the trading window to be closed from July 27, 2015 to August 08, 2015." |
