Subject to the provisions of the Act, dividend as recommended by the Board, if declared at the meeting, will be paid within a period of 30 days from the date of declaration, to those members whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the end of Tuesday, September 10, 2019.
The dividend will be paid on or before Tuesday, October 1, 2019.
