| Exchange Disseminated Time | Nila Infrastructures Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2014, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2014.
In this regard, it is further submitted that in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992 read with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the “Trading Window” for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed, for Directors and Designated Employees, from August 04, 2014 to August 13, 2014 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window shall reopen from August 14, 2014. |
