1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements (both Standalone & Consolidated) alongwith the Auditors Report thereon of the Company for the quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2018; and
2. To consider and recommend the final dividend, if any.
Moreover, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company's Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company will be closed for Directors/Designated Employees/ Connected Persons of the Company from May 18, 2018 to May 23, 2018 (both days inclusive). |
