1. Approved the un-audited financial results of the company for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2019.
2. The 13th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year 2018-19 is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 21st September, 2019.
3. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, the Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 16th September, 2019 to 21st September, 2019, both days inclusive for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
Further please find enclosed herewith the un-audited financial results along with Limited Review Report for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2019 taken on record by the Board of Directors.
