| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the news appeared/flashed on the ETNOW on August 4, 2015 captioned "Company to form JV with Foxconn for around $5 billion to establish electronic manufacturing facilities", Adani Enterprises Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under :
"We are at the discussion stage only and have not signed any agreement which requires disclosure under Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement.
In the event there is any development which requires disclosure under Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement, we will make the same in accordance with regulatory requirements." |
