The Company has not received any objection/claim in writing for the transfer of below mentioned shares and hence, the Company has transferred the shares on 19th August, 2019 as per attached details.
The said shares shall be under a lock in period of six months from the date of registration of transfer i.e. 19th August, 2019 and shall not be transferred/ dematerialized during the said period. |
