This is to inform that the Company and Hunting Energy Services PTE Ltd., Singapore (Hunting) have identified opportunities in oil and gas sector with premium products of Hunting. Accordingly, Strategic Alliance Agreement (Agreement) has been entered into with Hunting to manufacture, market and sell products which would be based on the technology available with Hunting and the manufacturing facilities available with the Company.

Hunting has business platforms in US and UK also. They are manufacturers of premium, high end downhole metal tools and components required to extract hydrocarbons across the well construction, completion and intervention stages of the well's lifecycle.
