In this regard, pursuant to the provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), the Company has fixed 'Record Date as Thursday, July 25, 2019', for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to receive the proposed Final Dividend of Rs. 4.50/- per Equity Share for the Financial year 2018-19, if approved, at the AGM.
