September 17, 2018.
Accordingly, Mr. Sanjiv Kumar Sachdev, tendered his resignation from the office of Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. 19th September, 2018. The Resolution Professional shall place the same for acceptance in the next meeting of the Committee of Creditors as required u/s 28 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016.
