In compliance of provision of Regulation 47 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company has published the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2019 which have been approved by Board of Directors at the Board Meeting Wednesday 13th November, 2019.
The financial results were published in 'Active Times' (English Newspaper) and 'Mumbai Lakshadeep' (Marathi Newspaper), on 14th November, 2019.
