| Exchange Disseminated Time 22/05/2019 13:38:59 | Adani Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2019, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019.
The Board of Directors at the said meeting inter alia will also consider to recommend the following;
1. To raise funds by issue of Equity Shares / Convertible Bonds through Qualified Institutional Placement [QIP] / GDR / ADR / FCCBs / FCEBs / Convertible Securities.
2. To recommend dividend, if any on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2018-19.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window Close Period will end 48 hours after the results are made public on May 29, 2019.
Further, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company will hold Post Results Conference Call with investors on May 29, 2019 to discuss the financial performance of the Company. |
