Aggrieved by this order, we along with some of the other affected companies had filed special appeal with Hon'ble Uttarakhand High Court. The Court has granted a stay against the order dated 31/05/2018 passed by the NGT till its opening after the vacation to enable the Company to file the review/ recall application. |
