1. Unaudited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2019.
2. Declaration of an interim dividend on equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2019-20.
3. Periodical resource mobilization plan involving issue of debt securities in ordinary course of business and raising funds by way of External Commercial Borrowings.
