The Board of Directors of the Company considered and approved the Un-Audited Financial results of the Company, duly reviewed by the Audit Committee for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018 pursuant to Regulation 33(3) read with para A of part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
We are enclosing herewith Statement of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018 along with the Limited Review Report received from the Statutory Auditors of the Company in compliance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015.
The Board Meeting Commenced at 3:00 P.M and was concluded at 4:00 P.M.
